Men are known to visit a doctor less than women. Men are more likely to be hospitalized for ongenital disease, diabetes and other health complications than women.

So, we recommend that men take charge of their health and take the necessary medical examinations required. As a precaution, here are some tests that you can take:

  • Body Mass Index (BMI) to screen for obesity.
  • Cholesterol - high blood cholesterol is a major risk factor for heart disease
  • Blood Pressure - high blood pressure can cause heart and kidney disease and also cause stroke.
  • Colorectal and other Cancers Tests for any growths Diabetes can affect your eyes, kidneys, heart, feet and other parts of your body.
  • Sexually Transmitted DIseases such as gonorrhea, syphilis, chlamydia and others.
